Dr. Tracy Shroyer’s extensive background includes 27 years in the corporate space, 9+ years as an adjunct professor, and almost two decades as an entrepreneur. In addition to her expertise through in-depth research, dissertation authorship, and publishing a book, all centered around managing layoffs, Dr. Tracy has spent 4 of her 9 years of teaching specializing in industrial and organizational psychology. She intimately comprehends the human side of change, drawing from both her academic insights and personal experience of being laid off in the fall of 2023. Tracy’s mastery of time management, resilience in the face of challenges, and her dedication to empowering individuals and organizations in uncertain times set her apart.

Dr. Tracy is also a Certified Digital Career Specialist (CDCS) through the Professional Association of Resume Writers & Career Coaches, and has been helping individuals with their career needs for over 20 years. 

When she’s not empowering others, Tracy enjoys life in Ohio with her husband, Tony, and their smarty-pants, furry Australian Shepherd kids, Emerson and Iris.
